Rooms
The three rooms at Dolce Vita Guesthouse are all different. In common they have their comfort and privacy. The floors are of hard woods and the quality beds are extremely comfortable, and we therefore hope to ensure truly restful nights for you.
Two of the three bedrooms have ample wardrobes, while all the windows provide good views and have excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
All the bedrooms have individual heating and state-of-the-art air-conditioning. All the bathrooms are provided with quality equipment and amenities for your wellbeing.
The characteristics for each individual room are as follows:
Pink room
The largest of the house, it has two corner windows near which there is a bench that can be enjoyed by its occupants. Besides the double bed, this room also has a work-table and a large wardrobe. The bathroom, with its window, has both a shower and a bath, as well as a magnifying mirror. Daily rates - Double: 110 Euros - Single: 90 Euros
Yellow room
The only room with twin beds, has a large wardrobe and a bathroom right next door. The bathroom has a window and a bath tub. Daily rates - Double: 90 Euros - Single: 70 Euros
Green room
The smallest room, with a double bed and an internal bathroom with shower. This room opens directly onto a balcony overlooking the condominium garden. Daily rates - Double: 90 Euros - Single: 70 Euros
Room rates are for the use of the room by one or two guests and include use of the guest areas of the apartment and specific areas of the condominium, wireless access to the Internet inside the apartment and sundry beverages (tea, coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks) during our guests stay at Dolce Vita Guesthouse.

Restrictions:
- Dolce Vita Guesthouse is available for a minimum stay of two nights.
- Smoking is not allowed in Dolce Vita Guesthouse, even outdoors (balconies).
- Children under the age of 10 cannot be accommodated at Dolce Vita Guesthouse.
- Owing to the structural characteristics of the apartment and of the building, we cannot accommodate people with certain mobility limitations.
- No pets allowed.
